ESY is an opportunity, not a punishment!
Karen reminds parents that Extended School Year (ESY) services are meant to support their child's educational needs, not penalize families for their schedules or circumstances.
Having summer plans doesn't automatically mean your child won't qualify for ESY in the future.
Make an informed decision based on what your child needs.
Not legal advice.
