“The service logs didn’t match my child’s IEP goals… 🚩”
At first, it could be a simple mistake.
But if the logs STILL don’t align after asking for clarification?
Houston… we have a problem.
Because service logs should match:
✔️ The student
✔️ The goals
✔️ The actual services being provided
And if a child wasn’t even present during the listed service time? 👀
That’s a conversation that needs to happen immediately.
