Their Work Started With the Pain Points in Schools

Sometimes the best solutions begin by paying attention to where people are struggling.

For Rick and Doris Bowman, the work grew organically. They saw pain points in schools, listened to what educators and students needed, and started developing ways to address those gaps.

That’s how resources like their Trauma-Informed FBA developed into training. It wasn’t about creating something simply to create it. It came from identifying a need and asking, “How can we help meet it?”

Meaningful change often starts by noticing the gaps that keep showing up and being willing to build something better.
