Having the IEP Isn’t the Same as Implementing It

Having access to an IEP isn’t the same as knowing and implementing it.
This former educator says staff could sign that they were servicing students and IEPs could be available in classroom binders, but that didn’t necessarily mean everyone working with the student understood what needed to be provided.
Implementation has to go beyond paperwork.
